Mk. 3 .303 inch Ammunition Bandoliers used with 7.62mm Ammunition
Just imported into America is a quantity of Indian OFV ammunition dating from 1974. The M80 ball ammunition is on 5 round stripper clips and loaded into these Mk. 3 bandoliers. This bandolier is the last pattern designed for the .303 in. ammunition and has simple just been carried over for use with the 7.62 mm ammunition.

Markings: O.C.F.3.1964 (various other dates)
Colour: Black.

Material: Cotton.
Colour: Green.

Fasteners: Copper wire hooks.
Markings: None.
Strap connection: Sewn both ends.

Pocket area: 114 x 480 mm.
Length of shoulder strap: 967 mm (longest side).
